There is a set of instructions that come with these systems and although it is fun to sometimes find out yourself how to use it by trying the system, it takes much less time when you read the instructions. Also, fewer mistakes are made that you have to fix up later. Time is everything in business and when it is taken needlessly in trying to program a phone without the instructions, it can be a big waste of time.
